The inlet and joining method change the wheel structure, interface and manufacturing route. Use these four families to identify a starting point; the approved drawing or sample controls the final part.

STG SERIES

Single Inlet Tablock

Single-inlet wheels with a tablocked blade-to-ring construction. Legacy options include a hub for a motor shaft or an external-rotor motor interface.

SSG SERIES

Single Inlet Strip

A single-inlet strip construction with the center disc mechanically connected to the blades. Surface finish is reviewed per project.

Send the closest series, required OD, wheel width, bore or motor interface and rotation viewing side. If an old table value conflicts with your sample or drawing, the controlled project reference takes priority.

INTERFACE REVIEW / 01—04

Define the hub, motor and installation interface

Diameter alone is not enough to match a forward curved wheel. The mounting relationship must be reviewed with the wheel geometry.

External-rotor motor interfaces

The legacy STG range identifies 59, 72 and 92 mm external-rotor motor interface diameters. Confirm the exact motor drawing, attachment method and clearance.

Motor-shaft hub

Provide bore, hub material requirement, keyway or fastener, shaft length, offset and load-transfer interface.

Single or double inlet

Show which side or sides receive air and include the inlet cone, housing and nearby structural clearances.

Rotation reference

State CW or CCW together with the viewing side. A rotation label without a viewing-side sketch is incomplete.
