STG SERIES
Single Inlet Tablock
Single-inlet wheels with a tablocked blade-to-ring construction. Legacy options include a hub for a motor shaft or an external-rotor motor interface.
Review STG coverage →PRODUCT ROUTE / FORWARD CURVED
Choose from single-inlet tablock, single-inlet strip, key-rivet and double-inlet strip constructions. TSLBlower reviews the wheel diameter, width, hub or bore, motor interface, rotation and complete equipment context before quoting a custom or replacement project.

CONSTRUCTION ROUTES / 01—04
The inlet and joining method change the wheel structure, interface and manufacturing route. Use these four families to identify a starting point; the approved drawing or sample controls the final part.

SSG SERIES
A single-inlet strip construction with the center disc mechanically connected to the blades. Surface finish is reviewed per project.

KEY-RIVET SERIES
A compact single-inlet construction using a key-rivet joining route, reviewed where the customer needs this geometry.

SSG-DS SERIES
A double-inlet wheel built around a center disc and two blade sections. Bore, keyway, total width and orientation need to be defined together.

These ranges consolidate the original TSLBlower product tables. They are useful for enquiry routing, not a stock guarantee. Confirm the current drawing, tooling, material, tolerance and availability in the quotation.
| Construction series | Listed OD range | Listed width range | Bore / interface reference | Rotation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| STG single inlet tablock | 127–762 mm | 50–381 mm | 11–50 mm bore; selected external-rotor interfaces | CW / CCW |
| SSG single inlet strip | 63–310 mm | 38–188 mm | 6–28 mm listed bore options | CW / CCW |
| Single inlet key rivet | 76–224 mm | 22–102 mm (B) | 4–29 mm listed interface dimension | Confirm by drawing |
| SSG-DS double inlet strip | 130–310 mm | 166–375.5 mm | 8–28 mm bore; selected 6×3 / 8×4 keyways | CW / CCW |
Send the closest series, required OD, wheel width, bore or motor interface and rotation viewing side. If an old table value conflicts with your sample or drawing, the controlled project reference takes priority.
INTERFACE REVIEW / 01—04
Diameter alone is not enough to match a forward curved wheel. The mounting relationship must be reviewed with the wheel geometry.
The legacy STG range identifies 59, 72 and 92 mm external-rotor motor interface diameters. Confirm the exact motor drawing, attachment method and clearance.
Provide bore, hub material requirement, keyway or fastener, shaft length, offset and load-transfer interface.
Show which side or sides receive air and include the inlet cone, housing and nearby structural clearances.
State CW or CCW together with the viewing side. A rotation label without a viewing-side sketch is incomplete.
APPLICATIONS / OEM AND REPLACEMENT
Application fit still depends on the complete air path, speed, pressure target, environment and validation method.

ENGINEERING / MANUFACTURING / QUALITY
The useful supplier question is what input controls the work, what approval is required and what evidence can be supplied for the actual order.

01 / ENGINEERING
Start from a controlled drawing, labelled sample photos or an existing component. Confirm construction route, critical interfaces and approval plan.
Review design engineering →
02 / MANUFACTURING
Construction, material, forming, joining, tooling and order quantity determine the route.
Review manufacturing →
03 / QUALITY
Define dimensions, hub or bore, rotation, construction, appearance, balance requirement and requested records.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. Mark unknown items clearly so the quotation can identify the remaining engineering questions.
| Input group | What to send | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Product route | STG tablock, SSG strip, key rivet, SSG-DS double inlet, or “unknown” | Routes the enquiry to the closest construction family. |
| Wheel dimensions | OD, ID, width, active width, side plates and critical clearances | Defines the wheel envelope and housing relationship. |
| Hub / motor interface | Bore, shaft, keyway, fastener, offset or external-rotor motor drawing | Controls assembly and fit. |
| Orientation | Single/double inlet, CW/CCW, viewing side and motor side | Prevents reversed or ambiguous geometry. |
| System duty | Equipment, speed, target airflow/pressure if known, environment and validation method | Separates wheel manufacture from full-system performance approval. |
| Commercial details | Prototype or production quantity, target date, destination and required documents | Supports tooling, sampling, production and logistics planning. |
FAQ / FORWARD CURVED WHEELS
Single-inlet tablock, single-inlet strip, key-rivet and double-inlet strip constructions. The approved drawing or sample controls the final design.
The listed legacy ranges span 63–762 mm OD across the four series. Confirm the current project range during quotation.
Selected external-rotor interfaces are available subject to the motor drawing, attachment method and clearance review.
Wheel performance depends on the complete air path, motor, housing, speed, pressure target and validation method; define these inputs together.
